Fan and Pad Controlled Greenhouse:
Fan and pad Greenhouse is basically climate-controlled greenhouse. In that temperature and humidity are maintained by cellulose cooling pad and exhaust fan.We install sensors on your farm to monitor and control the farm temperature, water temperature, humidity, electrical conductivity, pH, TDS, etc.
This will help you in better assessment of various parameters of your farm.This type of greenhouses have multiple application, majority being growing off-season crop, exotic vegetables, exotic leafy greens and herbs, floriculture,plant breeding, germination and crop grown for export market.
fan and pad greenhouses are available in different sizes. According to client’s requirements. We customize designs according to location. construction sizes ranges from 100sqm to 10000sqm and onwards.
Natural Ventilated Greenhouse:
The Naturally Ventilated Polyhouse is developed to solve the challenges of ventilation and humidity by achieving optimum air exchange while also reducing energy costs utilizing environmental controls.
Naturally ventilated greenhouse is built up by using Hot dip galvanized pipes and covering of 5 Layered UV stabilized polythene. along with it,roof is also covered by aluminate (Net/Plastic), which gives good results in climate control.
Open vent and rolling are more helpful for cultivation. This protects structure from natural weather disturbances such as wind, rain, hail and frost.In comparison to conventional farming, this protected cultivation practice gives effective results on earning and sustainability.
Nethouse:
Nethouse gives protection against pest attack, protect from natural weather disturbances as wind, rain and frost. Also used for hardening tissue and nursery.
This structure reduces mortality in hot summer and we can grow off-season crop.

Types of Hydroponics System Setup
Nutrient Film Technique
NFT system or the nutrient film technique is one of the most versatile and popular hydroponics systems that use a pump for delivering nutrients & water to the crops. There is also a drain pipe for recycling unused nutrient rich solutions. we have installed NFT in many ways that is flat bad system and also set up with vertical system. Also here varies in NFT channel like Openable and closed with end cap. We use UPVC pipes that cause no harm to the crops and allow them to grow healthily.It is highly suited to grow exotic and Indian leafy green crops such as lettuce,spinach, bok choy, basil, etc.
Dutch bucket
A Dutch bucket, or Bato bucket, is a hydroponic system in which two or more growing containers are connected to the same irrigation and drainage lines. This is an incredibly water- and nutrient-efficient method, ideal for growing heavy-feeding and vining plants like tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants. Dutch Buckets are designed to be fed by drip emitters and plumbed to drain using a common 1.5″ PVC pipe.Siphon Elbows, regulate safety reservoir of nutrient solution at bottom of bucket to 1″ deep. This feature prevents growing medium from drying out and causing water stress between irrigation cycles. Siphon pipe also prevents over accumulation of nutrient solution.

There are different types of polypropylene troughs systems which are used according requirements.
Grow bags
Coco Peat grow bags are popular mediums for green house soilless growing medium and also called cocopeat based hydroponics.This is a 100% environmental friendly product,popularly used in green houses for vegetable such as tomatoes, cucumber and flowers such as roses and gerberas and fruits such as strawberry, grapes. They can be produced in 100% peat, 100% hydro (coco chips) or both Mixed.In order to develop a better root in a plant, grow bag is the perfect growing medium which supply high air capacity.By combining all the recommended nutrients and fertilizers together, grow bag helps plants to grow stronger. On the other hand grow bag provides solutions for nutrition problems as the fertilizer uptake is sustain than any other.
Deep Water Culture:
In Deep Water Culture the roots are kept in the nutrient-rich solution water for 24/7. This system is highly suited for large crops or especially for those with big roots.
